Regional Coordinators and International Ambassadors
The Biogenesis Regional Coordinators and International Ambassadors program is an integral part of the Biogenesis International Biomedicine Olympiad. This program aims to engage passionate individuals from different regions and empower them to become ambassadors for the competition in their respective areas.
Regional Coordinators and International Ambassadors play a crucial role in expanding the reach and impact of the Biogenesis Olympiad by actively promoting and recruiting participants from their regions. They act as representatives of the competition, spreading awareness, and encouraging students to participate and showcase their knowledge in the field of biomedicine.
The Regional Coordinators and International Ambassadors program operates on a performance-based structure, where members are recognized and rewarded based on their recruitment achievements. Different levels of achievement are acknowledged, such as reaching a specific number of participants or surpassing recruitment targets. This not only encourages healthy competition among coordinators but also motivates them to actively seek out potential participants and maximize their region's involvement.
